HARBORSIDE PLAZA 10
The Hudson River waterfront site for this 20-story office tower requires deep concrete-filled steel piles to the bedrock below. Open and flexible layout for office tenants made using steel framing feasible for the superstructure. Designed by the architectural firm HLW International for Mack-Cali developers, ADG’s principals were primarily involved in developing the structural engineering design for this 575,000 sf building. The folded wing at the roof of the building gives it a recognizable presence on the skyline as it sits across from Manhattan Island.
