ADG is responsible for the structural design of this 60-story, 1,224,000 sf building is one of the key elements of the Kuala Lumpur City Centre complex. It is a mixed-use development containing office, residential, retail and parking programs. The reinforced concrete structure is set on curvilinear triangular plan for the upper residential portion of the which expands to a rectangular shape to house the lower office and commercial levels.

The architecture of the building is by the world-renowned firm Cesar Pelli Architects who was also the responsible for the architectural design of the adjoining iconic twin Petronas Towers 1 & 2. The principals of ADG were primarily involved during the design and construction of these twin towers (then the tallest buildings in the world), the connected 3,000,000 sf Suria KLCC retail centre and the underground 4,000 car park, while they were employed at another engineering firm.
